Our Vision at IMLKS is to thrive in a community without barriers where
is recognized as valued and equal.
At It's My Life Kamloops Society, we strive to create a diverse environment that is both culturally respectful and easily accessible to a variety of different abilities. We value diversity and consistently explore and expand our services to make our organization more diverse. This is based upon our previous success and efforts.
We strategize to effectively meet and bridge our persons' served diversity and cultural needs with society.
Our goal is to help our person's served live a fulfilling life!
IMLKS strives to match our employees with persons served with similar interests. This approach helps IMLKS to provide stable long-term staffing with minimal turnover rates which we value to keep things consistent for all of our persons served.
IMLKS uses Conversations That Matter (CTM) as an ongoing mentoring and training program. This website is formatted in a way similar to an online conference and provides instant access to continual relevant training for our employees.
